EUDR
specified as non eudr related product, but it’s an eudr-related product

Hello everyone,

I need some help: We’re practising uploading products and orders. When I enter a 0 for ‘Wood’ in the ‘EUDR Product Categories’ column for the products, the relevant products aren’t imported into Osapiens. Why is that? If I leave the field blank, the upload works and the ‘Wood’ category also appears in Osapiens. I have absolutely no idea where this information comes from.

For orders, I fill in all the fields – the EUDR category, the timber species and the HS code – but the status always shows as “not EUDR-relevant”. Can anyone help?

Many thanks and sunny regards from Munich, Dagmar

Hello Dagmar! The status for an EUDR-relevant product is derived from the EUDR product category. If, in the EUDR product settings of the Supplier Intelligence Hub, the wood commodity is configured with the code “0”, the upload should work accordingly. If an error occurs during the upload, Support needs to investigate this.

If no EUDR product category is provided, but a CN/HS code is available, the Hub compares the code with Annex I of the regulation and automatically classifies the product under the correct EUDR commodity.
