FAQ.- Is CSRD compliance enough for those under ESRS, or more needed?
For those within the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) scope adhering to EU Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), is publishing their report according to CSRD requirements enough? Or are there additional obligations?

The Regulation stipulates that operators subject to other EU legislative instruments on value chain due diligence may fulfil reporting obligations by including necessary information in reports under those instruments (Article 12.3).
