Dealing with EU SME suppliers – no DDS available any time soon
I am wondering, what are the current (20251024) best practices for a large European wooden furniture manufacturing company, purchasing their materials on the EU market, to deal with small – SME – EU suppliers who do not have the obligation yet to provide DDS’s?
Ignore? End relationship with these SME suppliers? Process DDS’s on supplier’s behalve?

thanks for the question. Let me try to answer this.
The company that is receiving wood from small suppliers can handle this via the SME’s post code instead of geodata – taken from the EU postponement statement.
