DDS as a part. circulation of a magazine in direct mailing to subscribers and individual sales
Some of the print run of a regularly published magazine is sent to subscribers in the DACH region. The rest is sent to subscribers and other distributors within Switzerland. This paper is ordered from the supplier at the beginning of the year and called for on demand for each issue (six times a year), in the quantity produced from the Galledia warehouse.
The magazine can also be ordered directly from the DACH region via the website for a fee.
What does the DDS look like, and can it be created for the annual quantity?

The question is rather vague to give a proper answer. That being said, the DDS has to include all the requirements from of the legislation. Since the paper is exported to Switzerland from the DACH region, the respective company is at the very least a downstream operator, in which case it must ascertain the DDS and refer the DDS when submitting it, if it is a non-SME on the one hand. SME downstream operators on the other hand, must record and provide DD reference numbers upon request from authorities. The DDS can be submitted for the annual quantity if the source of the products is the same meaning same supplier and same plot of land.
