Suppose we place an order with a Chinese printer to produce books for various customers (Italian customer, Spanish customer, Danish customer). All these customers also work with Osapiens.
The printer provides us with the necessary data via the supplier portal. Our customers can consult this data in Osapiens via the customer portal, but because they are registered with Osapiens themselves and have designated us as their supplier, we also have to upload this data to their supplier hub. Can the data we received from the printer be easily copied to our customers’ supplier hub? Or can they easily copy the data into their system via the customer hub in order to obtain a DDS?

Hi Griet,
thanks for your question, we figured out an answer and a recommendation for you.
Your suppliers can use the data from their individual ERP – they need to configurate an API connector though to the supplier portal.
