As an SME, we do not have a comprehensive ERP system. Orders will have to be entered manually into the Osapiens system using Excel. We have noticed that it is possible to enter an order with a product description that differs from the product description in the master data. If this happens, what are the consequences for the further process of assigning a DDS?
