CCF: How to report Scope 3.3.1 if Company Fleet (1.2) was reported distance-based?

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the CCF in relation to Scope 3 emissions – Activity 3.3.1 Upstream emissions of purchased fuels.

The values from 1.2 Company Fleet need to be transferred here. In our case, however, 1.2 was reported using the distance-based method. As a result, we do not have the actual fuel consumption in liters available.

For 3.3.1, however, only liters can be transferred – kilometers are not accepted.

How do you usually handle this situation?

Do you estimate the fuel consumption from the reported kilometers (e.g., using an average vehicle fuel consumption)?

Or is there a recommended approach or guidance for this case?
