Same e-mail contact for different Suppliers

Hello,

When playing around with Osapiens Hub for Supplier Intelligence I want to do some tesing with EU and non EU suppliers.

Can I use my own e-mail address for multiple suppliers ?
I am always logged on to one specific (the first) supplier when switching to the Supplier Portal.

Any idea?

Hello John,

thank you for your question.

You have the option to use one email address for multiple business partners (suppliers) for testing purposes.

During onboarding, only one supplier account will be created, not multiple accounts.
All information requests will be assigned to this supplier account and can be processed there accordingly.

For test reproduction, we generally recommend handling tests separately to avoid potential conflicts.

However, for your specific test case (EU and non-EU suppliers), this should work without any conflicts.

Alternatively, you may test EU suppliers only. These have the option to work with both DDS reference numbers and land plots (batches).
