What happens if upstream suppliers fail to provide the required information for soya?

If operators (excluding SME traders) cannot procure mandated information from upstream suppliers as per the Regulation, they must abstain from placing or exporting the related products. Failure to comply could invite Regulation breaches and subsequent penalties.
