Operators (excluding traders classified as SMEs) must ensure that all parcels of land involved in a bulk shipment, like soy or palm oil, are identified.

Commodities must not be mixed with those of unknown origin or sourced from deforested or degraded areas post the cut-off date of 31 December 2020.
