My name is Eric Madec, Sustainability Product Manager at Givaudan. We make extensive use of the Supplier Intelligence (SI), EUDR and Product Category Management (PCM) modules.
The Supplier Intelligence module enables us to centralize all supplier information and to collect key details — such as headquarters and manufacturing sites — through dedicated questionnaires.
We also work with the EUDR module, which has been on pause for a few months but is now restarting, with a planned go-live by the end of this year.
In addition, the PCM module supports us in gathering supplier and product data via PCM requests.
I would like to share my experiences and hear feedback from others on their usage, particularly regarding the PCM module and how you interact with your suppliers.
