Yes, modifications or cancellations of submitted due diligence statements are permissible within a 72-hour window after the system assigns a due diligence reference number.

However, adjustments or cancellations cannot be made if the reference number has already been utilized in a customs declaration, another due diligence statement, or if the associated product has already been placed on the market or exported.
