This is for a (example) company that is growing its own cocoa beans in the European Union, meaning they need to create the risk assessment and send the information to TRACES in order to receive the Due Diligence Statement (DDS).
I have a question about how to handle this in the EUDR solution in osapiens.
I’m trying to create the risk assessment and currently testing it manually, but I’ve run into an issue: the supplier field is mandatory. What I’m doing right now is setting both the “own entity” and the “supplier” as my own company, but I’m not sure if this is the correct approach from an EUDR perspective or within the system.
Has anyone faced a similar situation or found a better way to handle the supplier field in this case?
